Privacy Policy

Mostline is an iPhone app for planning and marking sports fields, operated by its developer as listed on the App Store. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app and this website.

The short version

The app has no accounts and makes no network requests. Your sites and marking progress stay on your iPhone. There are no ads, no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers and no tracking. We don't sell or share personal data, because the app doesn't collect any.

What stays on your iPhone

The app stores the following on your device only:

sites you create: names, optional place names, area sizes and field layouts;
marking progress for each site;
your settings, such as units, step length, cone spacing and paint values, sound, haptics and reminders.

We have no server and can't see, restore or delete this data. Deleting the app removes it from your device. It may also be part of your own device backup, which Apple handles under its terms.

Permissions

Notifications. The app asks once after the introduction, or when you turn on Reminders in Settings. It schedules one local reminder on your device, 24 hours after you last closed the app. No push server is involved, and declining changes nothing else.

Photos, add only. iOS asks only if you choose Save Image in the share sheet for an exported plan. The app can add that image to your library and can't read your photos.

The app doesn't ask for your camera, microphone, location or contacts.

When you export a plan as a PDF or an image and tap Share, the file goes through the iOS share sheet to the app or person you choose. It leaves your device only at that moment, and the receiving service's own privacy terms apply. A plan can include the site name and place you entered.

Crash reports

The app has no crash-reporting SDK. If you have agreed to share analytics with app developers in your iOS settings, Apple may provide anonymous crash reports and usage statistics through its developer tools. You can change this at any time under Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements.

When you email us

If you write to support@mostline.info or use the contact form on this site, which opens your own email app, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use this only to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for that. Emails to this address are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing.

This website

mostline.info is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising scripts.

Children

Mostline is a tool for coaches, teachers and organisers. It isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and Turkey, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to complain to a data protection authority. The only personal data we can hold is your correspondence with us. Email us and we will act on your request. Everything else is on your device and under your control.

Changes

If we change how the app or this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
